Set in a traditional centenary building, with Portuguese tiles, near the Lapa Church, right in the heart of Porto. Totally renewed in 2016 with an unusual layout and a modern furniture, providing extra commodity to our guests.

The property includes 7 modern furnished and fully equipped apartments. Guests have access to all the amenities of the apartment and a shared outdoor space where you can seat and relax while enjoying the sun after your Porto experience. All units include a fully equipped kitchen with Fridge, oven, stofe, coffee machine, microwave, crockery and cutlery. All the apartments also comes equipped with WIFI and flat-screen cable TV. Linen and towels are also provided.

The neighborhood of Lapa is charming and ideal for those looking to stay overnight or live very close to the historical city center but in a quiet place near the authentic side of Porto. In the center, at only 15 minutes walk from downtown, but far from the prices, crowds and nocturnal confusion of the Porto “movida” from downtown Porto, there are still some old ladies who go to church, the young, anxious and smiling or the grandfathers with their berets in the local cafes.

With a local supermarket just in the other side of the street, bakeries, restaurants, shops, and cafés can be found within walking distance.

Located 20 minutes walk from Avenida dos Aliados and Torre dos Clérigos and 25 minutes from the "Bolhao" City Market. It is nearby "Faria Guimarães" Metro Station, located a 5 minute walk away (400m), with easy access to all places of interest in Porto.

The space is beautiful, large and open, with a very pleasant outside garden.

Very nice accommodation, simple, well decorated with all amenities and very clean, small garden quite cozy.

Apartment had everything you may need (stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine and so on) and it was all brand new. Bed was very comfy. Welcoming bottle of local wine was a very nice touch. Many channels on TV. Terrace is a nice option for sunny days.
